Mobility to Wales- March 2014
In March, teachers from Ireland and Sweden made their way to Wales to visit Ysgol T Llew Jones , our Welsh school.
On Sunday, our european visitors were joined by the Welsh teachers for a bit of sightseeing. We went by coach to the smallest city in Wales - St. Davids. There we looked at the amazing St. David's Cathedral. Afterwards, we tried some beautiful Welsh ice-cream!
On Monday morning, it was time for school!
The Swedish and Irish teachers made presentations to the classes about their countries and their schools. The Welsh pupils asked questions that they had prepared.
The visiting teachers then had a chance to see the pupils enjoying their maths and PE lessons. it was great so see so many different lessons. The visiting teachers were given packs to bring back so they could try some new things with their own classes! |
